Food Nut is inviting anyone who has always wished, but never been discovered, to write/submit an acceptance speech for what has been dubbed the Culin-oscar-pys. Yes I know it sounds rude, but it's your chance to give a speech telling us what food you're the most grateful for and who introduced it to you. NOW UNTIL MARCH 15th - Monthly Mingle #8. This go around, the theme is Savory Cakes. Take out your loaf pans and beat up a batter. Replace sugar with salt, chocolate chips with bacon, fruit with cheese, whatever you go for it has to be savory and a cake.
