Food Nut is inviting anyone who has always wished, but never been discovered, to write/submit an acceptance speech for what has been dubbed the Culin-oscar-pys. Yes I know it sounds rude, but it's your chance to give a speech telling us what food you're the most grateful for and who introduced it to you. Replace sugar with salt, chocolate chips with bacon, fruit with cheese, whatever you go for it has to be savory and a cake.
